1.40 – The Yogi’s Mastery Extends from the Infinitesimal to the Infinite
paramāṇu-parammahattv-antasya vasīkāraḥ
Translation
The yogi’s mastery extends from the smallest atom to the greatest magnitude.
Meaning
As the mind becomes concentrated and calm, its capacities expand naturally. The yogi can focus awareness on the tiniest things or the vastest scales. Internal and external space become transparent to perception. The boundaries between self and world dissolve.
This is not metaphor. It is a natural expansion of consciousness that comes when the mind is free from its usual constraints.
