All digital sales are final

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of online courses on Micro-Movement Academy are final and non-refundable. Once a course has been purchased, access is granted immediately and the content becomes available to view, download, and stream.

Before purchasing, please review the course description, preview any free sample lessons, and reach out with questions. We want you to be confident in your purchase.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same course twice. Contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Unauthorized transaction — Your payment method was used without your consent. Please contact your bank first, then email us.
• Technical fault that prevents access — If we are unable to restore your access to the course within a reasonable time, a refund will be issued.

How to request a review

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us may result in permanent loss of access and a ban from future purchases.
